About the role:
As the leader of our Account Executive's for the French market, you'll develop, train, and motivate our highly driven and enthusiastic Account Executives. Your team's mission is to generate as much revenue as possible by closing the maximum number of opportunities that our phenomenal SDR team has generated. The French market is our biggest and fastest-growing so your contribution is key in making Amenitiz THE industry leader.
As our Account Executive Manager your mission will be to:
Hire, coach, and lead our French Account Executive team.
Develop sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
Work closely with your Country Manager to ensure alignment and target achievement.
Motivate team members and regularly report on team and individual results.
Constantly improve the productivity and efficiency of the team by identifying learning and coaching opportunities.
Keep up with product training, and understand the business value and product vision.
Monitor daily activity and performance, utilizing your knowledge of the individual with a data-driven approach.
As our Account Executive Manager you will have:
Extensive experience in business development, inside sales, or customer success in a SaaS company.
Experience managing a team while daily improving sales KPIs.
A consistent track record of 100%+ target achievement
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
As our Account Executive Manager, you will be:
A French native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A highly empathetic and passionate leader, with a winning mentality and infectious, positive attitude.
