We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the operations team to meet the coming, new challenges.
Content Operations Manager at Banked
We’re looking for our first Content Operations Manager to join our team who can help manage Banked’s content and create a continuing culture of content excellence.
You are a strong collaborator with great organization skills, and have a passion and curiosity for creating and managing high-value content. You’re never short of ideas for improvement and are always on the lookout for gaps that need filling.
While this is an individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to define the content function and team structure with both the Head of Communications and the General Manager for the region.
About you
At least 3 years of experience as a content administrator or manager, or at a startup with similar scope and responsibilities

You are good at writing and editing documentation that is well crafted, easy-to-consume, clear, concise, consistent, and accurate
You have an eye for details
One of your superpowers is your resourcefulness and curiosity. You are known for researching technical topics and convey technical information to readers of varying skill and experience
You’re known for your abilities to handle several complex projects simultaneously and deliver quality work on time
You are comfortable with word processing and spreadsheet software, content management systems and analytics tools
You understand the importance of collaborating with cross functional teams to shape and deliver on a roadmap that will make Banked the most valuable partner for our customers and merchants alike
Nice to have: Technical writing expertise, Graphic design skills, Some knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS
What you'll be doing at Banked
Responsible for ensuring content is organized, easily discoverable and accessible
Lead the creation of sales assets, guides, training material, etc. by coordinating across product, design, communications and the growth team
Define processes and policies to ensure content is organized and is consistently observed and understood
Ensure content supports our brand standards, stylistic guidelines and legal and compliance requirements
Optimize search results, archiving outdated content and update materials including internal content such as policies, procedures, and FAQs
Incorporate learnings from analytics data into the development of content
Learn about our customers and our products, and take the initiative to identify and propose new content
