We are looking for an HR & Recruitment intern to work with our Head of Talent on HR & recruitment (no surprise here…), but also on administrative, compliance, people analytics, office management, and events tasks.
Internship, 6 months, full-time (35h/week), in-office (here is the location) with the possibility of partial remote

Who will I work with?
You would be managed directly by our Head of Talent, Natalia Frénéhard, and work closely with the other team managers & founders - Ylan Richard, Nicolas Barboni, Nicolas Pichon, and Julien Drago.

We plan a lot of new projects following our fundraising, and we also want to liberate the managers’ time to let them focus on their areas of responsibility.

What is the interview process?

Vos missions
You will own a very diverse range of projects, develop your operational and analytical skills and get experience working at an ambitious young startup. The main projects for this internship are:
- HR activities: onboardings/offboardings, personnel administration (contracts, internship agreements, avenants, attestations etc.), payroll, etc.
- Recruitment & improving the HR brand
- Setting up and measuring HR & Recruitment metrics
- Ownership of our Notion knowledge base
- Office management
- Events organization
- Personal assistance (organizing trips, preparing meetings, managing events, gathering invoices etc.)
- Fluent English & French
- 1st experience in HR, recruitement, legal, accounting or similar support/operations roles
- Currently enrolled in studies related to one of the subjects above
- Good at communication, transparent and proactive
- Organized and able to own ambiguous projects
- Swile restaurant tickets (8€/ticket, 1 ticket per day worked, 50% paid by Cala)
- Public transport subscriptions (Navigo, Veligo, Imagine R, Velib, etc., 50% of the monthly cost paid by Cala)

- 1 hour call with Natalia, our Head of Talent. It can be done over the phone or via Google meets, and the goal is to confirm basic requirements and answer any of your questions [also, Natalia is the one writing this job post, so if you dislike it, you can use this opportunity to complain about it].
- In-office meeting to meet the team, get an inside view of how we work and do a quick case study. We don't use case studies/their results.
