About The Role
As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a Product Marketing Director who can transform complex subjects into compelling, easy-to-understand marketing materials.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the growth and operations teams, ensuring that our products are effectively communicated to the market. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and marketing expertise will be essential in shaping our product marketing strategy and driving the success of our products.
Product Marketing Strategy: Develop a clear product marketing strategy, including -
Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop and own the narrative of our diverse offering. Develop clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for our tech enabled services and products, emphasizing their unique value proposition to our target audience, setting us apart from competitors.
Content Creation: Simplify complex topics into easy to understand content. Support the creation of engaging marketing content, encompassing product collateral, whitepapers, videos, blog posts, case studies, webinars, and more to enlighten and captivate our audience.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and pinpoint opportunities for differentiation.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring meticulous coordination across teams for maximum impact.
Sales Enablement: Fortify the sales team by providing essential tools, resources, and training, enabling them to articulate our product's value proposition effectively to customers.
Analytics and Reporting: Define and monitor critical KPIs to gauge the efficacy of product marketing initiatives, delivering data-driven insights and regular reports to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Nurture close collaborations with teams across Product,, BD, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technology and Operations ensuring holistic alignment and a cohesive approach to product marketing. Acting as the single point of contact to translate the voice of the customer into powerful product narratives.
- Currently, we're looking to hire in North/South America to ensure reasonable overlap with our existing teams and stakeholders.
- This is a Full-Time position i.e. 40 hours per week, with candidates required to have crossover between approximately 10am-3pm Eastern Time.
- 2023: $105,000 annual base + annual bonus potential + generous equity!
