About the role
As our Customer Finance Support Intern, you will help to organize all finance-related issues, making sure clients' subscriptions are set up correctly and that we receive their payments on time. You will also take care of all finance related issues of our clients' with their guests using AmenitizPay our in-app payment gateway. You will be working within the Customer Success department to ensure client satisfaction.
Your missions
- Collaborate with our Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Care teams to ensure best finance-related service for the business and our clients all along their journey with us
- Make sure clients are subscribed correctly, by applying the proper discounts, and adapting subscriptions
- Assist with AmenitizPay chargebacks, investigations, data collection and follow-ups
- Charge one-time fees to our clients when necessary
- Handle disputes issues and refunds, and build reports on amounts refunded
- Manage Stripe, including the month-end process each month
- Execute churns once approved
- Assisting AmenitizPay hardware shipping process
Your profile
- You have great analytical skills and you are a numbers enthusiast
- You enjoy administrative tasks and have interests in finance
- You have excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented but able to keep sight of the "big picture"
- You are passionate about technology and the digital world
- You are eager to learn and you are looking for professional development to help you start your career
- Proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial with a 'can do' attitude
- You speak fluent English and feel comfortable with using it in finance environment
Bonus points for...
- Experience with programs like Stripe, Hubspot, Planhat, Zendesk, Jira...
- Speaking Italian, Portuguese or other latin language
- Interests in international tax regulations
- Previous experience in hospitality, SaaS or start-up reality
Internships at Amenitiz:
- are 6 months long
- are paid
- require an Internship Agreement from your University
- require a document allowing you to work and live in Spain
