About the role
As a Mid-Level Content Specialist at Amenitiz, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling copy ads for diverse platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Working collaboratively with Product Marketers, product engineers, Sales teams, Creative teams, and revenue operations specialists, you will contribute to our brand's growth and lead acquisition strategies.
The role requires staying abreast of growth hacking and lead acquisition trends, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and effective. We value teamwork and the passion for what you do, making this role an exciting opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
Your missions
- Create and optimize impactful ads copy and landing pages for various platforms and formats, maintaining alignment with the Amenitiz brand.
- Collaborate with Product Marketers, Product Engineers, Sales teams, Creative teams, and Revenue Operations specialists to achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, especially related to growth hacking and lead acquisition, and incorporate relevant insights into ad strategies.
- Use Notion, major social media platforms, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Suite for seamless ad creation and optimization.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per lead, cost of acquisition, and transformation ratio for ads and landing pages.

- Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and lead acquisition trends.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on campaign metrics effectively.
- Knowledge of TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a significant plus.
