We are seeking an adept and accomplished Product Growth Manager/ Product Marketing Manager, specializing in Product-Led Growth (PLG), to play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and fostering adoption for The Hotel Club by Amenitiz.

About the role

As the Product Growth Manager - PLG, you will be a driving force in formulating and executing PLG strategies, focusing on enhancing user activation, engagement & delightment, as well as launching new major functionalities on the platform in 2024. This cross-functional position demands strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.

Your missions

• Drive product-led growth strategy for acquisition, activation, and upsell.
• Oversee the GTM of a new product from 0 to 1
• Carry out market research to identify our ideal customer profile
• Create the messaging and positioning to attract our ideal user profile.
• Create and prioritize product roadmap in order to accelerate growth and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch GTM campaigns.
• Report on growth and engagement metrics to the leadership team.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of our users behaviors through analytics and their evolving needs.
• Set up the best system to measure and analyze the performance of PLG campaigns, utilizing insights to refine future initiatives.

Your profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in product management or marketing, demonstrating a track record of driving successful product-led growth.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry, preferably within the Learning Management System and/or online community sector.
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management, showcasing an ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Having a good understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus
• A nice to have : Knowledge of PHP/Symfony
