Managing and streamlining processes in the hospitality industry can be challenging for independent hoteliers, especially when it comes to handling reservations (overbookings) and reducing online travel agencies' (OTAs) fees.

We’ve built an all-in-one platform that provides property owners with everything they need to attract guests, handle bookings, grow revenue, and craft exceptional guest experiences in the most simple and easy way you can imagine.

Amenitiz is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company in the hospitality sector, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for property management and guest experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Growth Hacker to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in turning our Amenitiz website into a lead generation powerhouse.

About the role

As a Growth Hacker at Amenitiz, you will take on full technical ownership of our website with the primary objective of transforming it into a highly effective lead-generation machine. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive website strategy, implementing A/B testing methodologies, optimizing conversion rates, and utilizing various tools to ensure efficient customer acquisition and activation at scale. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and fixing bugs to enhance the overall performance of our website.

Your missions

1. Website Strategy:

  • Devise and implement a strategic plan to enhance the website's lead generation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the website's performance.

2. A/B Testing Methodology:

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to identify and implement improvements in user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analyze test results to make data-driven decisions and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and manage testing tools and platforms.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Conduct thorough analyses of user behavior and website performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement CRO techniques to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design changes that positively impact conversion.

4. Tools and Technology:

  • Evaluate and implement relevant tools and technologies to support lead generation and customer activation.
  • Work closely with the development team to integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and AI in the growth engineering space.

5. Bug Fixing and Performance Optimization

  • Identify and address technical issues and bugs on the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to prioritize and implement fixes efficiently.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and implement optimizations to enhance speed and reliability.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relevant frameworks, and WordPress.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, conversion rate optimization techniques, and website analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms for lead generation and customer activation.
  • Solid understanding of bug tracking and resolution processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
