About the role

As our Head of Sales - UK & Ireland, you will empower, develop & lead a motivated team of SDR's & AE's to continue Amenitiz's exciting growth in the UK & Ireland. You will have a great opportunity to have a massive impact on the success of our business, you'll lead a 16 person team (which will quickly grow to over 20!) and be our sales ambassador in a key market.

Your missions

As our Head of Sales - UK & Ireland you will have 3 main missions:

  1. Be the Strategical Sales Leader
    1. You'll define the strategy for the UK/I region
  2. Be the People Sales Lead
    1. You'll recruit, develop, manage, coach & mentor a world class cross-functional Go to Market for your region
  3. Positively contribute to the entire European GTM Team
    1. You'll not only build a brilliant GTM UK & Ireland sales playbook but you'll share those best practices with the wider European GTM team

Your profile

As our Head of Sales UK & Ireland you will have:

  1. Extensive previous experience as a Sales leader for high performing teams.
  2. Previous experience leading a +20 people sales teams. You will have managed Team Leaders before.
  3. Successful experience cracking an outbound motion in the UK/I region preferably with ICP’s similar to Amenitiz ones.

And as our Head of Sales UK & Ireland you can/are:

  1. Speak English fluently and are a strong and concise communicator.

  2. A driven, professional and a positive, effective and motivational leader.

  3. Thrive in a fast-growth business, with an appetite for high speed, innovative environments.
