About the role:

The Senior Accountant at Amenitiz is a key player in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing insightful financial reporting. The Senior Accountant also drives process improvements and implements automation solutions to enhance efficiency in our financial activities.

Your missions:

• Invoicing and Payments: Handle the full cycle of invoicing and payments, optimizing cash flow management and ensuring timely processing.

• Daily Operations: Oversee and execute daily administrative and accounting tasks for our Spanish and LATAM entities, ensuring precision and efficiency.

• Reconciliations: Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings and adhere strictly to reporting deadlines, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Process Automation: Implement and enhance digital solutions to automate and streamline accounting processes.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, providing actionable insights to support decision-making

Your profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in audit, or accounting. Demonstrated expertise in the preparation of financial statements, tax compliance, and managing daily finance operations.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting software.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects independently.

• Communication: Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Autonomy: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative in solving problems.

• Team Orientation: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
