About the role:
As a Sales Operations Manager at Amenitiz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for managing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Your focus will be on ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales operations analysts and process specialists.
- Build and create efficient sales team operations and go-to-market strategies.
- Own top and mid-funnel productivity and efficiency, defining operational strategies around lead acquisition, MQL to SQL conversion, and sales team workflows (SDRs and AEs).
- Impact the entire sales life cycle, including marketing and onboarding.
- Serve as the operations business partner for regional sales leaders.
- Drive MQL optimization, identify data opportunities, and build processes to capture those opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop and refine sales forecasts and plans, working closely with finance and marketing teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of the sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to address them.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
- Create and implement processes for efficient lead qualification and nurturing.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Spend Efficiency (CAC and CLTV): Monitor and optimize customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value.
- Sales Velocity: Measure and improve the time it takes to move leads through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Conversion Rates: Track and improve the percentage of leads that convert to customers at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Sales Productivity: Assess and enhance the efficiency of the sales team in meeting targets and achieving quotas.
- Sales Effectiveness: Ensure the sales team focuses on high-value activities and allocate resources effectively.
- CRM Utilization Rate: Monitor the adoption and effective use of the CRM system by the sales team.
- Pipeline Health: Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure it is robust and balanced.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on process optimization and data analysis.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Startup experience is a plus; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of managing and improving sales processes and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in writing queries, pulling data, and creating data visualizations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
