As our Senior Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly, fostering a great team culture, and organizing impactful company events. Your role will be key in making Amenitiz an amazing place to work!
Your mission
- Oversee office daily operations and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle budget and vendor management for office needs.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture as part of our employee experience.
- Use tech tools to improve office processes and workflows as well as budget adherence.
- Plan and manage employee initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and office celebrations.Promote employee well-being and wellness initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.
About you
- Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Speak fluently Spanish and English.
- Are highly organized and great at multitasking.
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and people-focused.
- Have experience in budget management and event planning.
