As our Senior Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly, fostering a great team culture, and organizing impactful company events. Your role will be key in making Amenitiz an amazing place to work!

Your mission

• Oversee office daily operations and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle budget and vendor management for office needs.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture as part of our employee experience.
• Use tech tools to improve office processes and workflows as well as budget adherence.
• Plan and manage employee initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and office celebrations.Promote employee well-being and wellness initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.

About you

• Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Speak fluently Spanish and English.
• Are highly organized and great at multitasking.
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and people-focused.
• Have experience in budget management and event planning.
