The Senior IT Operations Specialist ensures the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, maintaining office equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing scalable technology strategies. Reporting to the Platform Senior Engineering Manager, this role enhances productivity and supports company growth.

Your Missions

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot macOS, app access, and connectivity issues.
• Equipment Management: Maintain office IT assets, including TVs, Wi-Fi, and servers.
• Communication Systems: Manage office TV connections and inter-office communication.
• Access Management: Oversee application and document access security.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Streamline IT setup for new hires and departures.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure an efficient and connected office environment.
• Process Optimization: Improve IT workflows and reduce costs.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security protocols and conduct audits.
• Project Support: Assist in deploying new IT systems and tools.
