About the role
As a Customer Marketing Specialist at Amenitiz, your mission will be to elevate the Customer Experience and deliver business impact by creating engaging communications and scalable customer education. You’ll play a vital role in shaping how we communicate with our customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities
- Implement customer communications (primarily email and in-app): collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design campaign flows, write compelling content, design layouts, and set everything up in our CRM.
- Own and manage our customer Help Center: Proactively keep it up-to-date by updating and creating articles, and crafting engaging supporting materials such as screenshots and videos.
- Work alongside other teams (Product, Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing…) in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the Customer Journey, driving product adoption and customer retention.
About you
- You’re a proactive, creative, detail-oriented and goal-oriented professional who thrives on creating meaningful customer interactions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Hubspot Marketing Hub, Customer.io…).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages.
- (Nice-to-have) Basic design skills.
- (Nice-to-have) Familiarity with Help Center CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk Guide, Intercom Help Center…).
