About the Role:
Andium is looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable Field Service Technician to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Andium’s site monitoring technology. You’ll work directly with customers, providing expert technical support while also supporting the management of inventory and warehouse operations in Midland.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems on the spot, and taking ownership of critical field operations. The right person will be comfortable with early mornings, frequent local travel, and a fast-paced, physically active role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite installation of Andium’s site monitoring technology at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, acting as a subject matter expert for customers.
- Follow all industry safety regulations and best practices during installations and service calls.
- Support management of equipment inventory and warehouse operations in Midland, TX, ensuring materials are stocked and ready for deployment.
- Be available for early morning starts and full-day travel within Texas and New Mexico, as well as last-minute scheduling changes.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency.
- Keep up with industry best practices and obtain any required safety certifications.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a field service technician.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Based in Midland, TX (inventory is managed locally).
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with frequent early starts and local travel.
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform hands-on fieldwork.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol test is required.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas field operations and safety protocols is a plus.
- Existing Safety Certifications (RigPass, SafeLand, H2S) is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$55,000-$75,000
