What will you be doing?

  • Support BCB in building our a world class team of Account Managers to manage our rapidly expanding client book
  • Coach and develop your account management team, supporting them in building individual account plans
  • Work with the Exec team to understand growth potentials and set key cross selling targets, as well as, account nurturing opportunities
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the customer strategy, objectives and knowledge of client’s key decision makers (C-level) to be able to create clear account management plans for expanding business
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and maintain a solid understanding of BCB suite of products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing key client stakeholders
  • Regular updating of CRM with sales activities, forecast and pipeline
  • Maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding and retaining managed net revenue
  • Tracking new clients from onboarding through to going live ensuring other teams within BCB are responding to clients in a timely manner
  • Lead and coach the Business Development team
  • Organising and attending client events - reviews, roundtables, socials, conferences etc.

So, what are we looking for?

If you can demonstrate the following experience/skills below, we would love to have a conversation.

  • 6+ years experience in relevant client relationship roles, ideally within Financial Services/Payments/Crypto.
  • Strong people manager with experience in leading a team within a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience and ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Using data to identify cross selling and upselling opportunities and target-setting
  • Use of strategies and processes to ensure client retention and high levels of customer experience
  • Experience of working in environment driven by financial targets (sales targets, client revenue growth etc)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and execute a sales plan
  • Problem solving - ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
  • Presentation and communication skills - ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organisation (external and internal
