We’re seeking a Senior WooCommerce Developer / Web Shop Owner who is both an experienced WooCommerce developer and highly product-focused that can manage and optimize our online store, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Bird Buddy online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborating with the Product Engineering and Growth teams to implement new features and optimize the user experience.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive e-commerce growth and improve conversion rates.
• Overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Implementing A/B testing, customer feedback loops, and UX/UI improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
• Managing third-party integrations, payment gateways, and ensuring the website's performance, security, and compliance.
• Preparing regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of WooCommerce and web analytics tools.
• 2+ years of experience managing an online store or in a similar e-commerce role.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
