Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chains “owner” of ERP system and related process including interfaces to other BB stakeholders.
• Driving monthly S & OP process and managing forecast/orders/supply with key suppliers.
• Build efficient process for communicating “Available to Book” qty per Distribution center incl driving remedy actions upon unexpected changes.
• Managing long lead times and component shortages.
• Optimizing inventory levels to balance cost, demand fluctuations, and Out-of-stock risk.
• Overseeing fulfillment management across all regions, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and customer-centric delivery operations in collaboration with logistics and customer service teams.

Key Qualifications

• Experienced in planning with outsourced production in Asia.
• Sharing forecast to key suppliers, managing output from EMS/CMs to Distribution centers.
• Identification of component shortages with EMS/CM, managing solution and PPV cost.
• Hands-on experience in implementing S&OP and MRP functionality in ERP system.
• Cross Team collaboration Product Management, Sales, Fulfilment.
