We’re looking for a Director of Supply Chain to take the lead in shaping and scaling our global supply chain operations. This role is all about end-to-end ownership - from forecasting and planning to supplier management, logistics, and fulfillment. You’ll work hands-on with partners in Asia and the US, ensuring every Bird Buddy product is delivered efficiently, on time, and with full transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of our internal ERP system, focusing on planning accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and cost-of-goods tracking.
• Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process—balancing sales forecasts with supply capabilities and long-term capacity.
• Collaborate with suppliers to share forecasts, coordinate raw materials, and resolve component availability issues across the supply chain.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts while staying lean and responsive to demand shifts.
• Oversee global logistics operations, including freight forwarding, 3PLs, and DCs, with an emphasis on timely delivery and real-time visibility.
• Coordinate returns and refurbishments in partnership with our Customer Experience and Operations teams, driving corrective actions where needed.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 1 year working with electronic products.
• Demonstrated success managing outsourced production and supplier relationships in Asia.
• Deep knowledge of international logistics, including freight forwarding, 3PLs, and distribution center operations.
• Proficient in planning processes such as S&OP and demand forecasting, with a strong grasp of supply-demand balancing.
• Hands-on approach to planning and execution, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners through clear, assertive communication.
• Strong operational ownership with a focus on identifying bottlenecks early and driving solutions from planning through to final delivery.
