We’re looking for a Growth Data Analyst to join our team and support product, marketing, and growth with reliable data and clear insights. You will play a key role in understanding user behavior across our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve tracking, analyze performance, and support day-to-day decision-making. It’s a great fit for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys practical data work, collaborates well across teams, and helps maintain reliable data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end analytics for user behavior, from event tracking to insights.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports for product, growth, and marketing teams.
- Building dashboards and reports that bring clarity to teams across the company.
- Leading ad hoc analyses to explore growth levers, retention behavior, or product usage patterns.
- Owning and maintaining lightweight, personal databases to support dynamic data needs.
- Creating Excel models and tools for teams that need fast, flexible solutions.
- Supporting experimentation (A/B tests) and monitoring success metrics over time.
- Helping scale our analytics foundation tools, practices, and documentation.
- Partnering with product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve event schemas and tracking quality.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across tools and databases.
- Managing and optimizing internal data workflows and established database processes.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a data, growth, marketing, or digital analytics role.
- Strong analytical and statistical thinking with the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Strong skills in Excel and BI tools.
- Strong experience with user behavior and event-based analytics tools (e.g. PostHog, GoogleTag Manager, GA4...), particularly in eCommerce contexts.
- Ability to create, manage, and automate custom dashboards and reporting pipelines.
- Understanding of advertising metrics and performance (e.g. ROAS, CAC, attribution).
- Strong understanding of digital user journeys, funnels, and behavior patterns.
- Strong communication skills in English.
