We're looking for a Technician on a permanent contract to help us develop our robotics workshop.
Full-time, 35h/week, €35,000 - €39,000 per year gross (depending on the experience).

We're a French Foodtech start-up that manufactures robotic solutions for restaurants, such as a pasta-cooking robot.
What is the recruitment process?
We're looking for a Technician on a permanent contract to help us develop our robotics workshop.
Full-time, 35h/week, €35,000 - €39,000 per year gross (depending on the experience).
Available: as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Robot assembly (mechanical and electrical)
- Robot monitoring and maintenance (travel within Paris)
- Installing systems at points of sale (custom carpentry, LED fixtures, etc.)
- Organizing the mechanical workshop
- Managing stock of materials and parts
- You have a valid driving license
- You have at least 2 years of experience
- You are fluent in French, English is a plus
- You have a passion for DIY and enjoy working with your hands (whether it's fixing bicycles, automotive work, carpentry, or other).
- You have a quick grasp of mechanical systems and good organizational skills
- You're a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, stimulating start-up environment
- You're comfortable with a variety of tasks, from installing a shelf to assembling a complex system
- Swile restaurant tickets (8€/ticket, one ticket per day worked, 50% paid by Cala)

What is the recruitment process?
- A 20-minute phone call with Natalia, our HR manager. The aim is to confirm basic requirements and answer any questions you may have.
- In-depth 1-hour interview with Robin, our engineering team manager. As the name suggests, this interview takes a deeper look at your experience and skills to better understand what you're good at, what you no longer want to do, and what you'd like to learn.
