<h2>About Flow</h2>Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.<h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul> <li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more</li> <li>Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines</li> </ul><h2>About You</h2>3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:<ul> <li>Storytelling</li> <li>Good judgment on candidate quality</li> <li>Organized and self-sufficient</li> <li>Comfort in ambiguity</li> </ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul> <li>Experience with go-to-market hiring</li> <li>Closing experience</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)</li> <li>Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development</li> </ul>
