Executive Business Partner

About Everest

Everest is a premium, AI-enabled executive operations firm built for founders, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. The people we work with expect support that is proactive, strategic, and discreet. It makes them sharper at the work only they can do, and freer to put their time to its highest and best use. We hold that standard with competence and care.

If you're an operator who likes having a hand in how companies, brands, and legacies get built, we'd love to talk.

About the Role

The Executive Business Partner is a high-trust, strong generalist role. You'll work side by side with executives to set priorities, clear operational friction, and handle whatever needs doing. One day that's calendar strategy and stakeholder communication; the next it's standing up a project tracker, evaluating a new tool, building an automation, or drafting marketing copy.

What sets this role apart is range paired with AI fluency. The strongest EBPs treat AI as a force multiplier, reaching for it naturally to research faster, draft better, and automate the repetitive, so that both their own time and their principals' goes to the strategic and creative work that is its highest and best use. You're partners in this: the hours AI gives back belong to the whole team. You'll also work alongside other partners, trading ideas and learning together as part of a team built for adaptive, high-quality support.

Great candidates come from backgrounds in analytics, operations, and program, project, or product management. They're organized, proactive, and genuinely curious, comfortable outside their lane and energized by work that looks different from one week to the next.

What You'll Do

  • Work across disciplines. Bring genuine range across systems, tools, and functions, and move easily between them. When something calls for attention, you're well-positioned to take it on, whether or not it falls within your primary background.

  • Put AI to work. Use AI and automation to compress busywork, accelerate research and drafting, and build better workflows. Stay current as tools evolve, and bring that judgment to your principals and teammates.

  • Communicate clearly. Manage inboxes, draft messages, and drive timely follow-ups in a polished, professional voice.

  • Treat the calendar as strategy. Own shifting calendars across multiple principals: protecting time, anticipating conflicts, and keeping each day aligned with real priorities.

  • Keep operations moving. Coordinate meetings, travel, and day-to-day logistics so your principals stay focused on what matters most.

  • Steward projects. Track key initiatives, follow up on next steps, and stay ahead of deadlines by anticipating needs before you're asked.

  • Improve the systems. Spot workflow friction and implement better ways of working across whatever domain needs it.

  • Handle financial admin. Manage expenses, invoices, and light reporting with accuracy and discretion.

Who You Are

  • Experienced. 4–7 years in analytics, operations, program management, project management, product management or executive support.

  • AI-fluent. AI is already part of your daily workflow. You use it with rigor and good judgment, understand its limits, and stay current as the landscape shifts.

  • Genuinely adaptable. When asked to help with something unfamiliar (marketing, research, a new system), your reaction is curiosity, not discomfort.

  • Tech-savvy. Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are table stakes. You're equally at home with the modern stack: collaboration and knowledge tools like Notion and Slack, project and task platforms like Asana or Linear, CRMs like HubSpot or Attio, automation tools like Zapier or Make, and the AI assistants you reach for every day.

  • A supportive teammate. Some experience guiding or mentoring others, with a focus on sharing knowledge and building a strong team culture.

  • A trusted operator. A strong communicator and natural problem-solver who brings proactive judgment, professionalism, and a high level of care and discretion to everything.
