We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Growth Marketer to join our team at Invisible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-funnel analysis, be proficient in paid media advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, and excel in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). If you're passionate about turning data into actionable strategies and driving business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Funnel Analysis: Analyze the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Paid Media Management: Develop and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimizing ad spend and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance, increasing conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools and data to make informed decisions, continuously monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and improve key performance metrics.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create data-backed content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Automation: Create a strategy for and leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full funnel analysis, paid media advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and CRO.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • A/B testing and experimentation experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
  • 2023: $105k base + annual potential bonus + equity!
