About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordination Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the recruitment coordination efforts at Invisible. This position will lead a team of Talent Acquisition coordinators, ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling and onboarding of candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordination Team Lead will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to support the company’s aggressive growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment coordination function.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by overseeing the scheduling and coordination of interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and accurate coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for the Talent Acquisition coordination team to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to recruitment coordination and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the recruitment coordination process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline and automate coordination activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition coordination team.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for recruitment coordination.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to recruitment coordination performance.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Address candidate queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout the recruitment process.

What We Need

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse Preferred) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Compensation:

  • Base: $85,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $100,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.

Country Hiring Guidelines:
