About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Partner will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the talent acquisition processes through effective use of systems and tools, data analytics, and process documentation and improvement. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the Talent Acquisition team by providing technical support, analyzing data to drive improvements, and documenting processes. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager, the Talent Acquisition Operations Partner will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Systems and Tools Support: Manage and support the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies. Ensure these tools are optimized for the Talent Acquisition team’s needs.
  • Recruiting Support: Provide technical and operational support to recruiters and hiring managers, helping them to effectively use recruitment tools and systems.
  • Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the recruitment processes. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the ATS (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and training for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Analyze recruitment data and develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Document recruitment processes and ensure all team members are trained on standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to address operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.

What We Need

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or a related field with a focus on systems and data analytics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

  • Base: $75,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $85,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.

Country Hiring Guidelines:
