About The Role

Invisible’s Marketplace has thousands of active experts that provide human-in-the-loop services that help our clients create better, faster, cheaper outcomes for their businesses. Invisible’s Operations Team is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, matching and ultimately helping our experts do their best work. We’re in hypergrowth, and we need a Product Manager to help us scale our Marketplace to new heights.

You will lead a team of engineers and designers defining the future of our Operations Manager Experience within our Marketplace. In this role, you will help us lay out the end to end OM journey, identify the sharpest pain-points along it, and develop solutions with a scrappy approach that can alleviate the most urgent challenges. Some examples include: put relevant data dashboards at the fingertips of our Operations Managers, empowering them to make prescient data-driven decisions; help them evaluate our expert’s skills and experience levels and allow them to make informed decisions on hiring and retention; help them against deliverables and communicate progress to clients.

You will report to the Group Product Manager for Marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop deep empathy and an understanding of our Operations Managers’ journey and pain points; work extremely closely with our internal stakeholders to build that view
  • Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders on the most important problems to solve and how to solve them
  • Lead engineers and designers to spec out and execute on impactful solutions
  • Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch
  • Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, etc.) for your area
  • Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business

What We Need

  • 2-4 years of experience in tech product management building internal tools in a marketplace setting and/or hyper growth environment
  • Experience in build vs buy decisions
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to balance long term vision with short term priorities and client needs
  • Ability to communicate at a high-level with leadership while also able to zoom into details with the team and internal subject matter experts
  • Empathy for our users: their goals, pain points, and understanding how we can improve the product for them
  • Ability to be scrappy
  • Serious ownership mentality

Compensation:

  • Base: $150,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $185,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.

Country Hiring Guidelines:
