About The Role
As Web & Marketing Graphic Designer at Invisible, you will contribute to impactful design initiatives that elevate our brand and enhance user engagement. You’ll work on diverse projects, from creating visual assets and digital content to crafting intuitive user experiences. Collaborating closely with the VP of Brand & Communications and cross-functional teams, you will help build and uphold a strong brand identity for Invisible, contributing to a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Solution Delivery
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality design solutions for marketing materials, pitch decks, and web pages that align with brand objectives and requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketers, content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective and cohesive design solutions.
- Project Coordination: Support in defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure timely design delivery.
- Design Standards: Apply informed design choices regarding typography, color, and imagery in line with web design standards and brand guidelines.
- Client Engagement
- Design Support: Support the design needs of clients by translating their marketing requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Workshops & Discovery: Assist in conducting workshops and discovery sessions to gather design requirements and insights.
- Pre-sales Support
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create visually impactful presentations and proposals for client pitches.
- Value Communication: Communicate the value of design solutions to potential clients and assist in answering technical questions during the sales process.
- Brand Stewardship
- Brand Support: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Invisible’s brand identity by adhering to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior designers and the VP of Brand & Communications to implement and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
- Team Collaboration and Growth
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and design insights.
- Product Design Coordination: Work with the product design team to ensure alignment between marketing and product visuals.
- Skill Development: Contribute to a team culture of learning and creative problem-solving by actively participating in team discussions and feedback sessions.
What We Need
- Experience:
- 5 years in graphic and UI/UX design, with experience in marketing or communications design, ideally in collaborative, cross-functional projects.
- Project Coordination:
- Experience in assisting with project scope definition, timeline management, and resource coordination for timely project delivery.
- Technical Skills:
- Figma: Proficiency required.
- HTML & CSS: Good understanding for implementing interactive elements.
- Design Systems: Experience in working within and adhering to established design systems.
- Design Expertise:
- Ability to create compelling collateral, pitch decks, and web pages that enhance user engagement and brand presence.
- Tools & Systems:
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ClickUp and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts.
- Creativity & Innovation: A proactive and creative approach to design with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, comfortable working closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to achieve brand-aligned design solutions.

Compensation:
- Base: $110,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $145,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Country Hiring Guidelines:
