What we're looking for

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will work closely with the Revenues & Operations teams to build the best customer journey and deliver a strong value to our merchants. This role is at the heart of our customer-centric strategy and our human approach to business ideal candidate here.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Success Manager in the follow-up of his customers
Follow the customers in real time, answer their problems
Act as the customer's spokesperson by identifying and communicating to the Product team the platform's weak points or development opportunities.
Develop new internal processes to increase efficiency and responsiveness to our customers
Perform various analyses (conversion rate, number of shopping carts generated per Just) and provide recommendations

Qualifications

You are currently in a business school
You are looking for a 2nd part of gap year or an end-of-studies internship
You have good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills (french and english)
You have an analytical mind, like to solve problems
You are organized, versatile and responsive
You are attracted by start-ups and the e-commerce environment
