What is the focus of the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us close and grow multi-million euro partnerships with the most iconic consumer brands across Europe like Sephora, Decathlon, JD Sports, Zalando etc. If you’re obsessed with performance, understand complex decision-making processes, and love building deep relationships with senior stakeholders (think CMOs, CFOs, Heads of E-Commerce or Digital Transformation), this role is for you.

We’re entering a phase of category leadership in the checkout space - and the next growth unlock comes from winning Enterprise logos. Your mission:

  • Land flagship clients that shape category perception
  • Build + close complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Open doors, generate trust, and win long cycles with clear value articulation
  • What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients with deal sizes ranging from €250k to €1M+ ARR
  • Identify and engage high-value accounts (e.g. Sephora, Decathlon, La Redoute, FNAC-Darty, ASOS, Petit Bateau, etc.)
  • Map and influence complex buying committees: CMOs, CFOs, Heads of Digital/Ecommerce, CTOs, Procurement
  • Lead multi-threaded sales motions with business, product, legal, finance and IT stakeholders
  • Build deep ROI-driven proposals backed by data, CRO benchmarks, and strategic value
  • Work closely with Product, RevOps, and Co-Founders to shape the Enterprise GTM motion
  • Attend strategic events, pitch in-person, and push high-stakes negotiations to close
  • What we’re looking for

  • You’ve closed €500k+ enterprise SaaS deals, ideally in ecom, martech, or fintech
  • You’re a strategic seller who knows how to run discovery, build urgency, and create internal champions
  • You know how to sell to senior stakeholders (you’ve convinced CFOs, CMOs, CTOs before — and actually enjoy it)
  • You thrive in uncertain, fast-moving environments where ownership is everything
  • You understand how to land-and-expand with large accounts
  • You’re comfortable mixing rigor (CRM, forecasting, playbooks) and soft power (trust, relationship-building, nuance)
  • Bonus: You’ve already sold into large retailers, ecom brands, or omnichannel players
  • How about you and your approach to the role

  • Hunter Mentality & Street Smarts: You have a strong commercial instinct and the grit of a deal-maker. You’re a natural hunter who knows how to find shortcuts, navigate ambiguity, and unlock opportunities others miss. You’re not afraid to challenge, persist, and close.
  • Enterprise Account Strategist: You know how to map a complex account, identify key power dynamics, and orchestrate multi-threaded stakeholder engagement across months-long cycles. You play both the political and commercial game, and you’re patient enough to chase strategic deals >€500k.
  • Early-Stage Compatible: You thrive in a fast-moving, imperfect environment. You’re autonomous, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. When there’s no process, you build it. When something’s broken, you fix it. You’re here to move, not wait.
  • ROI-Driven & Analytical: You’re comfortable with business KPIs—GMV, AOV, Take Rate, IDV—and know how to turn numbers into sharp, ROI-based arguments. You build custom business cases using client data, benchmarks, and partner insights. You make decisions based on facts, not fluff.
  • Money-Oriented & Performance Obsessed: You’re here to win. You thrive on hitting goals, maximizing variable comp, and driving growth. You know how to play the long game, but your mindset is always oriented toward closing and delivering value.
  • C-Level Communicator & Storyteller: You can own a room, adapt your message on the fly, and hold the attention of founders, Heads of Digital, and CTOs alike. Whether 1:1 or in a room with 10 stakeholders, you bring clarity, tempo, and conviction. You know when to be sharp, and when to let silence do the work.
  • Relentless Follow-Up & Deal Progression: You know that big deals don’t move on their own. You’re structured, intense in your follow-up, and know how to keep momentum while preserving the relationship. You orchestrate timelines, sync with budgets, and align to your client’s roadmap.
  • Master Closer: You build urgency, ask the tough questions, and manage objections head-on. You know how to lead a closing process involving legal, finance, and C-levels. You don’t shy away from pressure—you perform under it.
  • Adaptable & Fast Learner: You ramp quickly on product and market knowledge, embrace feedback, and iterate fast. You’re comfortable with tech and know how to explain it simply. You’re resilient when sales cycles stretch or deals go quiet—and you bounce back sharper.
  • Trusted Partner & Relationship Builder: You build real relationships. You earn the trust of decision-makers, and over time become a sparring partner to Heads of Digital or CIOs. You know how to inspire, influence, and stay top-of-mind, even when you’re not selling.
  • Sales Methodology Fluent: You’ve mastered sales methodologies like MEDDIC. You bring structure and predictability to your pipeline, and know how to qualify, advance, and close with rigor.
  • Proven Enterprise Sales Record: You’ve closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals in B2B tech or SaaS environments. You know what it takes to win when the deal involves deep integration, custom requirements, and high strategic stakes.
  • What we offer

  • A rare opportunity to shape the Enterprise motion of a high-growth scale-up
  • Full support from the founders + marketing, data, and product to win strategic deals
  • A competitive package + uncapped commission with accelerators
  • BSPCEs (equity) to share in the company’s success
  • Great offices in central Paris (Bourse)
