What is the focus of the role?

JUST is looking for an Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-growth D2C and omnichannel brands (such as Jott, Soeur, From Future, Jimmy Fairly, Polène, Oh My Cream!, Papier Tigre, Stronger, etc.) and turn them into true ambassadors of our CRO-driven checkout experience.
🎯 Mission: manage and nurture existing client relationships, identify opportunities to optimize performance, strengthen engagement, and drive long-term growth.
Grow and nurture best-in-class brands in the €5–100M GMV range, driving measurable uplift and long-term partnerships.
Own and expand strategic accounts (≈ €50–250k ACVs) through upsell, cross-sell, and continuous value delivery.
Be the face of JUST for founders, Heads of E-Commerce, and Growth leaders — a trusted partner turning insights into tangible results.

What you’ll do

Street-smart & client-focused: You spot growth opportunities where others see stability. You create ongoing value and strengthen relationships proactively, without waiting to be asked.
Early-stage compatible: You move fast, adapt to changing priorities, and find solutions even without a defined playbook.
Analytical & performance-driven: You understand your clients’ business metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, retention) and turn them into sharp, impactful recommendations.
Customer-success oriented: You set ambitious goals, love seeing your clients grow through your support, and take pride in making their success your own.
Communicative and client-oriented: you adapt your communication to each stakeholder (CEO, CMO, Head of Ops…), ask the right questions to understand their goals, and turn complex topics into clear, actionable insights that drive client success.
Fast learner: You absorb new product, performance, or market knowledge quickly and adjust your approach to stay relevant and valuable.
Problem solver: You listen actively, identify real pain points, and offer creative, actionable solutions that drive results.
Structured follow-up: You naturally manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, anticipate needs, and maintain strong momentum without being pushy.
Confident negotiator: You handle renewals, upsells, and tough conversations with clarity, empathy, and calm confidence.
Charming & relational: You build trust quickly, foster long-term partnerships, and become a true strategic ally for your clients.

What we’re looking for

You’ve managed and grown tech accounts that require education and consultative partnership — not just onboarding and support. You bring long-term value, not quick wins.
You’ve owned portfolios in the €50–250k ACV range, driving renewals, upsells, and measurable impact on client performance.
You’ve consistently exceeded retention and expansion targets, going beyond “maintenance” to achieve top-tier client satisfaction and growth.
You work with senior decision-makers (Heads of E-Commerce, Digital, Growth, or CEOs) and navigate multi-stakeholder relationships with ease and credibility.
You’re analytical and data-savvy: you’re comfortable with numbers, know how to turn data into insight, and build ROI-driven narratives that resonate with your clients.
You thrive in early-stage environments — you’re proactive, autonomous, and comfortable building structure where none exists.
(Bonus) You’ve worked in checkout, payments, ecommerce, or CRO — but what really matters is your ability to drive client outcomes.

The process

The Screening Interview: 30-minute video call usually with our Chief of Staff to better understand where you at right now, how you project yourself in the future, and how it all relates to JUST’s path. It's also during this first step that we talk about your salary expectations.
The Who interview: A 45 minutes to 1 hour interview with members of the team related to he job you’d be applying for, to learn more about you as a person, your motivations, and your past experiences. Our goal is to understand who is applying to JUST.
The Focused interview : This interview takes a deeper dive into the specific outcomes and competencies we’re looking for, going beyond a traditional job description. You’ll meet with team members who want to understand (i) your technical and (ii) behavioral skills, as well as (iii) how you align with our company culture.
Founder call: 30-minute discussion with one of JUST's founders around vision, mission, and culture.
Reference calls: Once we reach the founder call, we’ll get back to you asking for a couple of contacts to serve as references for JUST.
