What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a high-performing generalist who’s able to deliver work at speed and is excited about working on multiple projects at once. You need to be commercially minded whilst also having an understanding for the operational and technical aspects of the company. You will work directly for the CEO and will interface with all aspects of the business through the various high-priority projects you’re working on.
Most likely you started your career at a strategic consulting firm or investment bank, though this is not a prerequisite for the role. As a small core team, everyone you work with will be exceptional and exceptional standards will be expected from you in return.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll work on various high priority projects that will span across commercial, operational, financial and product related aspects of the business.
Your work will vary significantly but you’ll be expected to produce analysis as required, deliver projects to a high standard and on time, and co-ordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
The type of projects you can expect to work on include building and developing the commercial model for Voltz Labs, developing and support hiring process, working closely with compliance and legal teams, managing financial accounts and working closely with our product team on high priority initiatives - including potentially the creation of new business units.
By working closely with our CEO, you’ll get to learn how to build and scale a start-up at speed.
The minimum qualifications
4+ years in a commercial role
A track record of overachievement - you’ve always gone to the best universities and employers, where you have excelled
An analytical mindset, but also able to make quick decisions
Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop expertise in the space
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Qualifications that make your application stronger
Experience at a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm or investment bank
Experience working at a start-up or Tier 1 global-technology company
Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of finance
