The role:
YieldNest is seeking an experienced UI UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing wireframes, flowcharts, mockups, and other prototyping techniques while possessing a deep understanding of user research and usability best practices in the DeFi space.

What you will be doing:
User Research: Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop concepts and prototypes based on product requirements and user psychology.
User-Centric Conceptualization: Develop original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user friendliness.
Design and Prototyping: Craft intuitive UX structures and flows, delivering exceptional user experiences through wireframes, flowcharts, mockups, and other prototyping techniques.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visual design, and user experience.
Visual Design Execution: Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring designs are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Design Standards: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all design projects.
What you will need:
4+ years of UI/UX design experience, including experience in the Web3 industry.
A stellar portfolio demonstrating technical skills and creative thinking,
showcasing work in Web3.
Hands-on experience in conducting user research, sketching solutions, and
creating wireframes.
Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe
Creative Suite, with a focus on crafting engaging Web3 experiences.
Proficient in dissecting complex problems and tasks, translating them into
user-centric, data-driven experiences that are intuitive and inclusive.
Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to thrive in
collaborative, fast-paced environments and build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving
Web3 landscapes.
Self-starter with an outcomes-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
