Position Overview
YieldNest leads the charge in evolving Ethereum yield generation, focusing on next-generation ETH Yield through innovative restaking strategies facilitated by EigenLayer. Our aim is to redefine the Ethereum staking ecosystem with scalable, advanced solutions.
Role Description
We seek an outstanding candidate passionate about the burgeoning field of Restaking, a complex ecosystem involving Node Operators, AVSs (Active Validated Services), and Restakers. This position requires a researcher who can delve into the nuances of shared security within the Ethereum protocol and explore the Ethereum stack's modular architecture. The goal is to enhance the cohesion and efficiency of this multi-sided market.
The successful applicant will exhibit:

In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and its staking mechanisms.
The capability to independently craft and explore relevant research inquiries.

Responsibilities
Undertake detailed research on shared security frameworks and the modular aspects of the Ethereum stack.
Identify and develop strategies to fortify the integration and operational efficiency of the restaking market.
Generate, refine, and examine research questions that resonate with YieldNest's strategic objectives.
Communicate research outcomes comprehensively, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Benefits
A competitive research stipend, offering compensation between $1,000 to $10,000 USDC, depending on the proposed research question's depth and complexity. Compensation will be delivered in cryptocurrency.
