What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced smart contract engineer to help us take over the restaking market. This position offers a great chance to develop cutting-edge smart contract systems at the forefront of a rapidly evolving segment, poised to redefine Ethereum.
Responsibilities
Design and develop smart contracts for the YieldNest protocol, including integrations with staking providers and the EigenLayer ecosystem (node operators and services)
Research and innovatively expand the realm of Liquid Restaking technologies.
Architect and implement supporting systems for the protocol.
Design and implement security and monitoring best practices for the on-chain systems and spot and fix vulnerabilities and critical system issues
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and deploying production-grade Solidity contracts.
Comprehensive understanding of Liquid Staking protocols (LSDs) and Ethereum Staking.
Proficiency in DeFi, encompassing protocol mechanics and smart contract-level integrations with various protocols (lending, yield generation, DEXes).
Proven track record in optimizing and launching complex smart contract systems on Ethereum mainnet, with significant traction metrics (e.g., high TVL or transaction volume), preferably with a top 20 TVL-ranked protocol.
Strong attention to detail, ability to think critically about on-chain security, and ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple timezones
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools
Nice to haves
Prior experience in developing Liquid Staking protocols and/or staking platforms.
Familiarity or expertise in EigenLayer.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and running blockchain nodes.
